Each of our construction sites is supervised by a Project Manager. All of our Project Managers have graduate degrees in Civil Engineering / Construction Management. Project Manager coordinates with external consultants and city inspection staff on all aspects of project construction. Project manager engages with project architect, surveyor, and material testing laboratory on a regular basis to ensure construction is in compliance with the design.

All material, men, and machinery deployed on every project are elaborately tracked. Accurate tracking of resources at site helps us in cost estimation; judgment on labor productivity; and project scheduling for our future projects.

Project progress is captured with hundreds of pictures throughout the construction phase. Many times our project trackers and pictures have helped us in resolving disputes and misunderstandings with and between our sub-contractors.
